Basic Combinations

Simple Combinations

Most mantis hand strikes and blocks that seem to occur at the same time but the block ideally come first. Moreover, as the blocking hand, usually inside open palm, touches ones opponent it transforms into an eagle claw grab. Which helps to trap one opponent at least briefly while you deliver your strike. In advanced form this grab may also alternatively be a mantis claw.
